The “Alba” dial captures the first light of day through a radiant interplay of craft and colour. A helical guilloché pattern, hand-cut in Italy on traditional rose and straight-line engines, creates a sense of upward movement and energy across the dial surface. Each groove is individually executed by master artisans, resulting in a uniquely textured base that interacts dynamically with light.
This foundation is elevated in Hanoi through successive layers of Sơn Mài lacquer, hand-applied and polished to create a deep, luminous gradient inspired by sunrise tones. The result is a dial that feels alive with warmth and motion, shifting between intensity and softness as light moves across its surface.
Limited to 200 individually numbered pieces, “Alba” represents the meeting point of two rare crafts, united in a contemporary expression of time and emotion.
